柱花草茎秆剪切力与营养价值动态变化和相关性

Dynamics and Correlations among Shearing Force and Nutritional Value of Stylo Stem

摘要:

为研究柱花草(Stylosanthes spp.)茎秆剪切力与形态学、化学组成及体外干物质消化率之间的相关性。通过测定不同生长高度柱花草茎秆剪切力、直径和线性密度,分析化学成分含量和干物质消化率,比较各项指标随生长高度变化的规律,探讨剪切力与各项指标之间的相关性。结果表明:柱花草茎秆剪切力、直径和线性密度随生长高度增加而增加,水分、粗蛋白含量随生长高度增加而降低,纤维含量随生长高度增加而增加,体外干物质消化率随生长高度增加而降低,表明随着生长高度增加营养价值降低。剪切力与直径、线性密度和纤维含量成正相关,与水分、粗蛋白和干物质体外消化率成负相关。剪切力较化学成分和消化率更容易测量,因此可作为柱花草营养价值评价指标之一。

Abstract:

The objects of this study were to investigate the relationships of shearing force with morphological characteristics, chemical compositions, and in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD) of stylo stem. Dynamics and correlations among shearing force, diameter, linear density, chemical composition and IVDMD of stylo stem with different plant height were investigated. The results showed that shearing force, diameter and linear density of stylo stem increased with increasing plant height, the moisture and crude protein (CP) content decreased with increasing plant height, but fiber content increased over time, IVDMD decreased with increasing plant height, resulting in decreased nutritional value. A positive correlation was found between the shearing force and diameter, or the linear density of the stem. There was a positive relationship between the shearing force and fiber fraction, but the relationships between shearing force and moisture and between the CP content and IVDMD were negative. Shearing force is a more direct indicator than the chemical composition and digestibility, and it is easier to measure. Therefore, shearing force can be used to evaluate the nutritional value for stylosanthes.
