Atg1 丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,与Atg13和Atg17形成复合物,参与自噬的起始过程. Protein serine/threonine kinase, forms a complex with Atg13 and Atg17, and participates in autophagy initiation.
Atg2 外周膜蛋白,参与自噬囊泡的形成,Atg9在自噬泡组装位点(PAS)及线粒体间的穿梭循环. Peripheral membrane protein required for autophagic vesicle formation, involved in cycling of Atg9 from the PAS to the mitochondria.
Atg3 E2交联酶,参与Atg8与磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)交联形成Atg8-PE的过程. E2-like enzyme, plays a role in formation of Atg8-phosphatidylethanolamine conjugates.
Atg4 半胱氨酸蛋白酶,通过剪切碳末端的半胱氨酸残基或去除PE调节Atg8蛋白的脂化修饰. Cysteine protease, cleaves the carboxy terminal arginine residue of Atg8, or PE from Atg8-PE conjugate.
Atg5 多以Atg12-Atg5偶联的形式存在于细胞中,Atg5- Atg12-Atg16复合物的组成部分,参与自噬体的形成. Mostly exists as Atg12-Atg5 conjugates, part of the Atg12-Atg5- Atg16 complex, essential for autophagosome formation.
Atg6 III类PI3K复合物I和II的组成部分,复合物I参与自噬过程,复合物II参与液泡蛋白分选(VPS)过程. Subunit of PI3K complexes I and II; Complex I is essential in autophagy and Complex II is required for vacuolar protein sorting.
Atg7 E1活化酶,介导Atg12与Atg5,以及Atg8与PE的偶联. E1-like activating enzyme, mediates the conjugation of Atg12 with Atg5 and Atg8 with PE.
Atg8 泛素样蛋白,与PE偶联,调控自噬体形成过程中自噬泡的延伸. Ubiquitin-like protein, conjugates with PE, involving in phagophore expansion during autophagosome formation.
Atg9 跨膜蛋白,在PAS及其他细胞内结构间穿梭循环. Transmembrane protein cycles between the PAS and other cytosolic punctate structures.
Atg10 E2交联酶,介导Atg12-Atg5复合物的形成. E2-like conjugating enzyme; mediates formation of the Atg12-Atg5 conjugate.
Atg11 接头蛋白,参与过氧化物酶体自噬及Cvt通路. Adapter protein for pexophagy and the Cvt targeting pathway.
Atg12 泛素样蛋白,与Atg5偶联形成Atg12-Atg5,Atg5-Atg12- Atg16复合物的组成部分. Ubiquitin-like protein, conjugated to Atg5 to form a complex, part of the Atg5-Atg12-Atg16 complex.
Atg13 Atg1复合物的调控亚基,其磷酸化水平负向调节Atg1的激酶活性. Regulatory subunit of the Atg1p signaling complex, its phosphorylation levels negatively regulates Atg1 kinase activity.
Atg14 III类PI3K复合物I 的组成部分,负责将复合物I定位到PAS. Subunit of class III PI3K complex I, targets complex I to the PAS.
Atg15 一种跨膜脂酶,参与自噬囊泡的降解,释放其内容物. Transmembrane lipase, required for the degradation of the autophagic vesicle.
Atg16 参与形成Atg5-Atg12-Atg16复合物,结合至细胞膜并定位于前自噬体结构. Part of Atg5-Atg12-Atg16 complex, binds to membranes and localizes to the pre-autophagosomal structure.
Atg17 支架蛋白,调节Atg1 蛋白的激酶活性,并参与PAS蛋白定位组装. Scaffold protein, stimulates Atg1 kinase activity, and acts as a scaffold for the other ATG proteins during PAS organization.
Atg18 磷脂酰肌醇结合蛋白,在自噬及Cvt途径的囊泡形成过程中发挥重要作用. Phosphoinositide binding protein; required for vesicle formation in autophagy and the Cvt pathway.

Atg19 Cvt途径中的受体蛋白,运送底物蛋白至PAS. Receptor protein for the Cvt pathway, delivers cargo proteins to the PAS.

Atg24 分选连接蛋白,与PI3P结合,参与Cvt途径. Sorting nexin family member, contains a PX phosphoinositide-binding domain, play a role in Cvt pathway.
Atg25 Coiled-coil蛋白,参与汉逊酵母的过氧化物酶体自噬过程. Coiled-coil protein, function during macropexophagy in Hansenula Polymorpha.
Atg26 甾醇葡萄糖基转移酶,参与毕赤酵母自噬过程. Sterol glucosyltransferase, involved in the Pichia pastoris autophagy progress.
Atg27 I型膜蛋白,参与自噬及Cvt途径,可能参与转运膜结构转运到PAS的过程. Type I membrane protein involved in autophagy and the Cvt pathway, may be involved in membrane delivery to the PAS.
Atg28 Coiled-coil蛋白,参与毕赤酵母过氧化物酶体自噬过程. Coiled-coil protein, function during pexophagy in Pichia pastoris.
Atg29 参与形成Atg17-Atg29-Atg31复合物,募集其他ATG蛋白至自噬体前体结构. Part of Atg17-Atg29-Atg31 complex, recruits other ATG proteins to the pre-autophagosomal structure.
Atg30 过氧化物酶体的受体,参与过氧化物酶体自噬过程,不参与巨自噬及Cvt途径. Peroxisome receptor, required for pexophagy, but not for the Cvt or autophagy pathways.
Atg31 参与形成Atg17-Atg29-Atg31复合物,参与自噬体的形成过程. Part of Atg17-Atg29-Atg31 complex, required for autophagosome formation.
Atg32 线粒体外膜蛋白,募集Atg11及Atg8至线粒体表面起始线粒体自噬. Mitochondrial outer membrane protein, recruits the Atg11 and the Atg8 to the mitochondrial surface to initiate mitophagy.
Atg33 线粒体自噬特异性蛋白,不参与其他自噬过程. Mitochondrial mitophagy-specific protein, not required for other types of autophagy.
Atg34 Atg19的旁系同源蛋白,参与饥饿诱导的选择性自噬过程. Paralog of Atg19, receptor protein involved in selective autophagy during starvation.
Atg35 参与毕赤酵母过氧化物酶体自噬过程,可以定位在细胞核中. Founction during pexophagy in Pichia pastoris, the first known nuclear protein required for the Atg pathway in yeasts.
Atg36 与Atg8及Atg11相互作用,参与过氧化物酶体自噬过程. Required for pexophagy, interacts with Atg8 and Atg11.
Atg37 酰基辅酶A结合蛋白,调节过氧化物酶体自噬中自噬泡的形成. Conserved acyl-CoA-binding protein, is required for pexophagy at the stage of phagophore formation.
Atg38 III类PI3K复合物I中的同型二聚体亚基,维系PI3K复合物I的活性,可参与到巨自噬过程. Homodimeric subunit of PI3K complex I, required for the integrity of the active PI3K complex I and macroautophagy.
Atg39 参与内质网和细胞核降解的自噬受体. Autophagy receptor with a role in degradation of the ER and nucleus.
