热浪发生期提前对草甸草原碳吸收的影响

The Early Occurrence of Heat Wave on Carbon Sequestration in Meadow Steppe

摘要: 全球变暖导致热浪(Heat wave)频发的背景下,热浪发生期有明显提前的趋势。为了探究热浪发生期提前与生态系统碳吸收之间的关系,本研究在内蒙古呼伦贝尔草甸草原进行了为期2年的野外原位模拟热浪控制试验,通过在开顶箱(OTC)内置加热器进行短时间集中加热的方式,共形成对照组(Control)、热浪发生期提前组(HW7)和正常热浪期组(HW8)三种处理水平,并测量净生态系统CO2交换、生物量以及实时监测样地内温度、土壤含水量等指标。结果表明,HW7降低了净生态系统CO2交换51%,HW8仅降低26%,相比于HW8(12 d),HW7需要更长的恢复期(27 d)。同时,热浪结束后水分的及时供给能够缓解热浪对生态系统的过后效应,缩短热浪后生态系统的恢复时间。

Abstract: Under the background of the frequent heat wave caused by global warming, the occurrence of heat wave was obviously earlier. To explore the relationship between the early occurrence of heat waves and ecosystem carbon sequestration, a two-year field in situ simulation heat wave control experiment was conducted in this study in Hulunbuir meadow grassland in Inner Mongolia, with short-time centralized heating by built-in heaters in the open top chamber (OTC). Three treatment levels of control (Control), early heat wave period (HW7) and normal heat wave period (HW8) were formed to study the effect of early heat wave period on carbon fluxes dynamics in meadow grasslands, and the net ecosystem CO2 exchange, biomass, and real-time measure of temperature and soil water content in the sample plots were measured. The results showed that HW7 reduced the net ecosystem CO2exchange by 51%, and HW8 only reduced 26%, and compared to HW8 (12 d), HW7 requireed a longer recovery period (27 d). At the same time, the timely water supply after the end of heat wave could alleviate the after-effect of heat wave on ecosystem and shorten the recovery time of ecosystem after heat wave.
