垂穗披碱草人工草地建植和管理措施对土壤真菌群落的影响

摘要: 藏北高寒地区是我国典型生态系统脆弱带,土壤真菌在维持草地生态功能稳定中发挥重要作用。于植被生长旺季采集粗放管理措施(Extensive management measures,EM)、常规管理措施(Routine management measures,RM)和天然草地(Natural grassland,NG)的土壤样品,分析土壤理化性质和土壤真菌群落组成变化。结果表明:真菌群落物种组成中优势类群为子囊菌门(Ascomycota,67.72%)、担子菌门(Basidiomycota,17.84%)和被孢霉门(Mortierellomycota,2.01%)。相比NG样地,RM样地真菌群落香农指数(5.19)和均匀度指数(0.58)均显著降低。主坐标分析显示3处样地真菌群落组成差异明显。土壤理化性质与真菌群落标志物种相对丰度变化显著相关:真菌α多样性变化与土壤含水量、有机质含量、pH值、铵态氮含量和硝态氮含量密切相关。因此,该区域垂穗披碱草人工草地在利用过程中应改善水肥管理措施,提升土壤真菌群落多样性,更好的发挥生态作用。

Abstract: Soil fungi play an important role in maintaining the stability of grassland ecological functions in the alpine region of northern Tibet,which is a typical fragile ecosystems zone in China. Soils from the alpine meadow grazing lands under the Extensive management measures (EM),Routine management measures (RM) and natural grazing (NG) during the peak time of vegetation growth season were sampled to analyze soil physicochemical properties and the changes of soil fungal community composition. The results showed that the dominant taxa in the soil fungal species community were Ascomycota (67.72%),Basidiomycota (17.84%) and Mortierellomycota (2.01%). The Shannon index (5.19) and evenness index (0.58) of the fungal community were significantly lower in the RM sample site compared to those in the NG sample site. Principal coordinate analysis showed the fungal community composition among the sample sites under the three management measures were significant different. Soil physical and chemical properties were significantly correlated with the relative abundance of fungal community marker species;changes in fungal α-diversity were closely related to soil water content,organic matter content,pH value,ammonium nitrogen content and nitrate nitrogen content. Therefore,the water and fertilizer management measures should be improved to enhance the diversity of soil fungal communities during the utilization of the Elymus nutans Griseb artificial meadow grazing land in this region,so as to better play the ecological role of that artificial grazing land.
