侯玲玲，现任北京大学现代农学院、北京大学中国农业政策研究中心研究员、博士生导师。主要研究方向为农业资源与环境经济，重点关注资源环境价值评估、草地保护与发展、农村环境政策等方面。近年来取得了一系列学术成果，共在国内外学术期刊发表论文40余篇，包括Nature Communication、《管理世界》、Energy Economics、Ecological Economics、Journal of Agricultural Economics、Agricultural Economics、China Economic Review等。独立主持国家自然科学基金3项，并参与十余项重大科研项目。还向中央和国家部委递交多份政策简报，产生一定政策影响。鉴于在农业环境经济与政策领域的研究专长，受聘为亚洲发展银行(ADB)基于自然解决方案的咨询专家。

LINGLING HOU，Senior Research Fellow and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Advanced Agricultural Sciences (SAAS) and the China Center for Agricultural Policy (CCAP) in Peking University. Her main study area is agricultural resources and ecological economics, focusing on resource and environmental value evaluation, grassland protection and development, rural environmental policy and so on. In recent years, she has made fruitful achievements in the sustainable utilization of grassland resources, agricultural resources and environmental management, rural environmental governance and so on. She has published more than 40 papers in academic journals at home and abroad, including Nature Communication、Management World《管理世界》、Energy Economics、Ecological Economics、Journal of Agricultural Economics、Agricultural Economics、China Economic Review and so on. She has independently presided over 3 projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China and participated in more than 10 major scientific research projects. Several policy briefs were also submitted to the central government and national ministries and commissions, which had a certain policy impact. In view of her research expertise in the field of agricultural environmental economy and policy, she was employed as a consulting expert of Natural-based Solutions of the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
