The Application Perspective of Transcriptome Sequencing on Discovering the Genes and Variety Breeding of Bioenergy Grass

摘要:

转录组测序是利用高通量测序平台对物种的转录组水平进行深度测序的一项技术,为真核生物转录组研究开创了新的思维模式,目前主要应用于医学、农学及生物学等相关领域。本综述对转录组测序技术、植物转录组测序研究进展以及当前主要能源潜力植物的转录组测序研究进行了综述,并对我国能源草产业发展面临的问题进行了分析,对转录组测序在能源草基因资源挖掘和新品种培育产生的影响进行了展望。

Abstract:

Transcriptome sequencing is a recently developed approach to profile transcriptome through high-throughput sequencing platform. It provided a new thinking mode for eukaryotic transcriptome researches, and is mainly used in medicine, agriculture and biology, etc. In this review, we described the transcriptome sequencing technology, research progresses of plant transcriptome sequencing and the current main potential erengy plant transcriptome sequencing, and analyzed the facing issues of developing bioenergy grass industry in our country, and then prospected the influences of transcriptome sequencing on the gene resources exploitation and new variety breeding of bioenergy grass.
