菊苣根提取物除草活性的研究

Studies on Herbicidal Activities of Four Solvent Extracts from the Root of Cichorium intybus L.

摘要: 为测定菊苣根提取物对牧(杂)草的生长是否有抑制作用,以白三叶(Trifolium repens L.)、黑麦草(Loliumperenne L.)、菊苣(Cichorium intybus L.)、苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti Medic.)4种牧(杂)草种子为供试材料,用种子萌发法测定了菊苣(Cichorium intybus L.)根的乙醇、乙酸乙酯和石油醚3种溶剂提取物的除草活性。结果表明:除白三叶,菊苣根乙醇提取物外对其他3种植物生长的抑制活性最高,其次为乙酸乙酯提取物,石油醚提取物对4种植物生长的抑制活性最低;不同植物幼根和幼茎对4种溶剂提取物的敏感性不同,苘麻的幼芽和幼根对菊苣根乙醇提取物极为敏感,2.5g·L-1浓度下,菊苣根乙醇提取物对苘麻的幼芽和幼根抑制率为99.51%和98.09%。

Abstract: In order to study the herbicidal activity of root extracts of chicory(Cichorium intybus L.),the herbicidal activities of three solvent extracts from chicory root were tested on Trifolium repens L.,Lolium perenne L,C.intybus,and Abutilon theophrasti Medic.using seed germination method.The results show that ethanol extract had the highest herbicidal activity on the three species except T.repens,acetate extract the second place,and petroleum ether extract the lowest one to the four species.The sensitivities of seedling roots and tillers of the four species were different to the same extract.Tiller and root of A.theophrasti seedling were very sensitive to ethanol extract and the inhibition rates were 99.51% and 98.09%,respectively,when treated with 2.5 g·L-1 ethanol extract.
