麻黄繁殖生物学及种子生产特性研究

A Study on the Regeneration Behaviour and Seed Production of Ephedra sinica

摘要: 研究野生麻黄地上和地下部形态结构,开花结实特性,生殖生态学特征和种子生产特性。结果表明,麻黄在自然条件下依靠强大的根茎分生能力,以一种雌、雄分株的“群片”方式分布。从开花特性分析,麻黄有很强的有性生殖能力和种子生产潜力,但由于严酷自然环境的影响,严重的落花、落果以及受精后发育不良是引起种子空壳率高及产量低的主要原因。调节水、肥条件改善生长环境是提高麻黄种子产量的可行途径。

Abstract: Based on morphological and anatomical observations of the aboveground and underground parts,and flowering and seed development studies that of Ephedra sinica, the regeneration behaviour and seed production of that plant were investigated.The results showed that the distribution of the plants in the natural conditions was in the form of “aggregated patch” and separated by sex due to its strong rhizomatous growth behaviour. Ephedra sinica showed a great potential for seed production by sexual plants.However,seed productivity was hindered by the abortion of reproduction organ and adverse natual environment.The authors suggest that fertilizer and irrigation should be used for increase of seed production.
