西卡柱花草传粉受精过程花朵形态变化的研究

摘要： 对西卡柱花草传粉受精过程花朵形态变化的研究结果表明,凌晨3～6时,多数花蕾进行自花授粉,6～7时,花蕾完成自花授粉过程,此时导管与花冠长度几乎相等。上午8:30～9:30,小花开放但龙骨瓣仍闭合时,花粉粒在柱头上萌发。开花后3小时,龙骨瓣松开,露出雌雄蕊,花粉管穿过花枝道、子房内壁进入胚珠。花后6小时左右,小花关闭,合子及初生胚乳核中出现雄性核仁。小花开放过程中的形态变化可作为传粉、花粉萌发、受精作用的形态指标。

Abstract: The flower morphological changes of Stylosanthes scabra cv.Seca during self-pollination andfertilization were studied.The results show that most of the flowers take place self-pollination from 3 to 6am.Almost all the flowers have accomplished polIinating at 6~7 am when the calyx tube is the samelength as corolla.The pollen grains sheded on the stigma begin to germinate from 8:30 to 9:30 in themorning when the flowers are blooming with the keels still closed.The two keels loosen as a result thestamen and pistels extend out of the keels and the pollen tubes grow down through the stylar canal 3 to 4hours after blooming.The flowers closed 6 hours or so after blooming while male nucleolus appers in thezygote and primary endosperm respective1y.It is suggested that the flowers morphological chamge duringtheir blooming may be a sign of time for self-pollinating, pollen grain geminating and fertilization.
