丛枝菌根真菌对高寒草地6种禾本科牧草生长的影响

摘要: 为了解丛枝菌根(Arbuscular mycorrhizal,AM)真菌对退化高寒草地恢复中常用的多年生禾本科牧草生长的影响,本研究测定了根内球囊霉(Glomus intraradices,GI)和摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae,GM)2种AM真菌对扁穗冰草(Agropyron cristatum)、'青牧1号'老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus'Qingmu No.1')、寒生羊茅(Festuca kryloviana)、冷地早熟禾(Poa crymophila)、'川草2号'老芒麦(Elymus sibiricus'Chuancao No 2')和'阿坝'垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutans'Aba')株高、生物量和根系发育的影响。结果表明:GI和GM均能侵染6种禾本科牧草;接种AM真菌对6种禾本科牧草株高的影响不显著,却能显著增加地上和地下生物量(P<0.05);除了寒生羊茅和冷地早熟禾外,总根长均是GI和GM显著高于CK (P<0.05);GI和GM对总根表面积、总根体积、总根尖数和分枝数均有一定的促进作用,对根平均直径无显著影响。综上所述,接种AM真菌对高寒草地6种禾本科牧草的生长具有一定的促进作用。

Abstract: To understand the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on the growth of perennial gramineous forages commonly used in the restoration of degraded alpine grassland,pots based experiments were performed to explore the effects on plant height,biomass,and root development of Agropyron cristatum,Elymus sibiricus'Qingmu No.1',Festuca kryloviana,Poa crymophila,Elymus sibiricus'Chuancao No 2'and Elymus nutans'Aba'of two AM fungi Glomus intraradices and Glomus mosseae.The results showed that six gramineous forages can be infected by both Glomus intraradices and Glomus mosseae;The effect on the height of six gramineous forages of two AM fungi was not significant,but the aboveground and underground biomass of six gramineous forages can be significantly increased;The total root length of Glomus intraradices and Glomus mosseae were significantly higher than that of Control Check except for Festuca kryloviana and Poa crymophila (P<0.05);The total root surface area,total root volume,total root tip number and branch number of six gramineous forages were promoted by Glomus intraradices and Glomus mosseae,but there was no effect on the average root diameter.It can be seen that the growth of six perennial gramineous forages can be promoted by arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi.
