LED红蓝光比例及光照强度对高羊茅成坪及生理特性的影响

The Effects of LED Red Blue Light Ratio and Light Intensity on the Establishment and Physiological Characteristics of Tall Fescue

摘要: 工厂化生产高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb.)草坪需要适合的光源,本试验以白光为对照处理,探究了工厂化培养模式中3种红蓝光比例、4种光照强度对高羊茅草坪株高、生物量、草坪密度、草坪盖度反映的成坪趋势和质量以及生理状态的影响。结果表明,高羊茅成坪趋势随着光强度的增加(400~1200 μmol·m-2·s-1)而增加;800,1200,1600 μmol·m-2·s-1光强时草坪的成坪趋势更好,且1200 μmol·m-2·s-1处理成坪趋势最好,但与800 μmol·m-2·s-1无显著差异;3种红蓝光比例处理,成坪趋势均显著高于对照,且随着红光比例的增加,草坪成坪趋势和质量也相应提高,其中红蓝光配比为4∶1时,成坪趋势各项指标均为最高,显著优于对照及其他光照条件。总之,LED调控工厂化生产高羊茅草坪光照强度为800~1200 μmol·m-2·s-1,红蓝光配比为4∶1时高羊茅的生长和生理状态较佳,工厂化生产高羊茅草坪可获得较高的成坪趋势和成坪质量。

Abstract: The factory production of tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb.) turf needs suitable light. In this experiment, white light was used as a control treatment to explore the effects of three red and blue light ratios and four light intensities on turf formation trend reflected by plant height, biomass, lawn density, and lawn coverage, quality and physiological state of lawn cover in the factory culture mode.The results showed that the formation trend of the tall fescue was increased with the increase of light intensity (400-1200 μmol·m-2·s-1). At 800, 1200 and 1600 μmol·m-2·s-1, the formation trend of lawn was all significantly higher than that of the control. At 1200 μmol·m-2·s-1, lawn formation trend was the fastest, but had no significance between 1200 and 800 μmol·m-2·s-1. With three kinds of red and blue light ratio treatment, the formation trend of lawn is significantly higher than that of the control. And with the increase of red light ratio, the trend and quality of the lawn were increased accordingly, in which the ratio of red and blue light was 4∶1, the formation trend indicators were the highest. It was significantly better than the control and other light conditions. In conclusion, it was feasible for using LED to regulate the growth of tall fescue in plant factory production. The more suitable light intensity is 800-1200 μmol·m-2·s-1, and the ratio of red and blue light is 4∶1, and at this light condition, the growth and physiological state of tall fescue are the best. Under these light conditions, tall fescue lawn has high trend and quality in plant factory production.
