摘要: 基因编辑技术能够精准修饰目标基因,使目标生物获得可稳定遗传的优良性状。随着科学和技术的进步,基因编辑技术的应用拓展到更宽广的领域。本文首先对不同基因编辑技术作了概述,重点介绍了CRISPR/Cas技术的发展与应用以及该技术在草类植物尤其是草坪草中的研究进展,对基因编辑植物监管制度现状做了系统阐述,并对基因编辑技术在草坪草中的应用和发展做了讨论和展望。

Abstract: Gene editing technology can rapidly realize precise modification of genes to obtain stable inheritance of excellent traits. With the advancement of science and technology, the research and application of gene editing has expanded to a wider field. This paper provided a brief introduction to the principles of different gene editing technologies, focused on the development and application of CRISPR/Cas technology as well as the research progress of this technology in the field of turfgrass, and gave a systematic description of the status of the regulatory system of gene edited plants. Finally, the application and development of gene editing technology in turfgrass was discussed.
