Study on Sorghum sudanese × S.propinguum interspecies hybridization

苏丹草与拟高粱远缘杂交初报

Abstract: Interspecies hybrids(F1)were obtained by distant crossing between S.sudangrass (Piper) Stapf.and S.propinguum (Kunth) Hifehe. The successful probability of hybridization is about 1% and germination of seed is 20% or so. It was observed ten bivalents chromosomes according to a microspore mother cell of F1 at metaphase I during meiosis. The chromosome comparison of F1 is normal. It will be increased the efficiency of breeding by using PAPD technique, which is applied to identified true or false of F1. Interspecies F1 plant is low infected leaf spot disease and resistant plant presented in F2. It was supplied a probability for leaf spot resistant breeding.

摘要: 通过苏丹草与拟高梁杂交,获得了远缘杂种F1代,远缘杂交成功率1%左右,F1种子的发芽率约20%.F1花粉母细胞减数分裂中期染色体镜检为10个二价体,染色体配对正常.采用RAPD分子标记技术对F1真假杂交种进行快速鉴定,提高了育种效率.杂种F1代大田表现对叶斑病轻感,F2代田间表现明显的抗/感分离,为苏丹草抗病育种提供了可能.
