《ACTA AGRESTIA SINICA》Publication of Ethical Statements
With reference to the International Committee on Publishing Ethics (COPE), Elsevier and other relevant publishing ethics norms, and in combination with the actual situation of journal publishing, the journal has formulated the《ACTA AGRESTIA SINICA》publishing ethics statement. The journal promises to strictly comply with and implement national editorial and publishing-related policies and regulations, regulate the behavior of authors, peer reviewers, and journal editors in the whole process of editing and publishing, and accept the supervision of the academic community and the whole society.
1 Author's Publication Ethics
1.1 The content of the paper should be original and innovative, and must not contain forged, tampered with, or plagiarized content, and the repetition rate of all papers should be less than 20%. The paper should not involve state secrets and institutional trade secrets, and the author shall bear the responsibility for any issues such as intellectual property rights and information security.
1.2 Resolutely implement the "five noes" code of conduct of the China Association for Science and Technology. The paper is not written by a "third party", the paper is not submitted by a "third party", the content of the paper is modified by a "third party", false peer reviewer information is not provided, and the code of authorship of the paper is not violated.
1.3 Papers shall not be submitted more than one draft or published repeatedly.
1.4 After all manuscripts are accepted by this journal, the author needs to download the "Copyright Agreement" on the official website, sign it by all the authors and scan it into a pdf upload system, and the copyright and related property rights are transferred to the《ACTA AGRESTIA SINICA》.
1.5 Manuscript processing fee of 150 RMB is required
after the manuscript is accepted, and publication fee of RMB 360 per page within
5 pages and RMB 460 per page above 5 pages is required before publication. The
payment method will be informed by email.
2 Publishing Ethics for Peer Reviewers
2.1 This journal uses double-blind peer review, in
which both authors and reviewers are unknown to each other。Reviewers will review the manuscript and put forward revision suggestions for the existing problems in the manuscript, so as to help the author improve the quality of the paper and the editorial department to judge the choice of the article.
2.2 Complete the review of the manuscript within the specified time, fill in the review comments and submit it to the editorial department. If it cannot be completed on time, the situation should be explained as soon as possible and the manuscript should be returned.
2.3 To accommodate academic papers of different schools and viewpoints, and to promote academic exchanges.
2.4 Manuscripts handled must be kept strictly confidential, act impartially, take the quality of the manuscripts as the only standard, do not "use people's papers", and strictly abide by avoidance (same unit, same project team, teacher-student relationship, close collaborator ( co-author) ) system.
3 Editorial Publishing Ethics
3.1 Dedicated to work, disciplined and law-abiding; adhere to principles and act impartially; take the quality of manuscripts as the only standard, and do not "use people's papers".
3.2 Respect the author's labor results, carefully analyze the experts' comments on the manuscript, and make a careful decision.
3.3 Respect science and treat different academic views and academic ideas correctly.
3.4 Process and run manuscripts as quickly as possible to minimize the publication cycle of published manuscripts.
3.5 Properly handle complaints and representations from authors and readers.
3.6 No shirking of responsibility in the handling of manuscripts, adherence to the responsibility of the text, any principle changes must be agreed by the author.
4 Handling of Academic
Misconducts
The
editorial board will send the manuscript back to the author once validated
evidence is found indicating that it involves a certain kind of academic
misconduct and inform the author, or the research team or institution he/she is
affiliated to according to nature of the misconduct. In case academic
misconduct is found with an already published paper in the journal, the
editorial board will publish a statement in the journal or its website,
announcing repeal of the paper involved and delete all the data related to the paper
from all the related databases, so as to terminate the dissemination of the
paper.
