2. Eight principles of manuscript processing

2.1 If the manuscript does not conform to the above specifications, it will be returned to the author for revision and will be accepted after meeting the requirements.

2.2 The journal only accepts manuscript submissions from the official website. Please do not use the revision mode when submitting manuscripts and add line numbers in the text for the convenience of external reviewers. A manuscript processing fee of 150 RMB is required after the manuscript is accepted, and the payment method will be informed by email.

2.3 You are responsible for the content of your manuscript. Please do not submit two manuscripts at the same time; the content should be confidential and signed correctly.

2.4 The editorial office will notify the author of the results of the review within 2 months of accepting the manuscript.

2.5 If the author does not return the revised manuscript after 3 months without any reason, the manuscript will be considered as withdrawn.

2.6 The Editorial Board will make necessary changes to the text of accepted manuscripts.

2.7 Manuscripts are generally published in the order of acceptance, with priority given to the first papers on major topics and major scientific research results. A publication fee of RMB 360 per page within 5 pages and RMB 460 per page above 5 pages is required before publication.

2.8 The journal has been listed as a regular source by many databases and abstract journals, or the abstracts are reprinted, or the full text is online or in the CD-ROM version of the journal, and the authors are considered to have no objection if they do not make special declaration. After the manuscript is adopted, the authors are required to download the Copyright Agreement from the official website, and all authors sign it and scan it into pdf to upload it to the system. Authors' copyright royalty will be paid together with the journal's manuscript fee, and a sample journal will be given.
