中国豆科牧草根瘤菌资源的采集保藏及利用

Abstract: During recent 20 years,more than 3000 portions of indigenous rhizobial isolates have beenderived by ACCC from legume-plant rhizobium samples which were collected from more than 20provinces and regions across the country, and 516 desirable legume rhizobium strains have been screenedfrom above isolates.These obtained strains have been preserved as a national resource, and used to manufacture legume rhizobium inoculants in the north,south and west regions in China in the past more than tenyears.Pellet-coating rhizobium inoculation techniques have been widely applied in aerial sowing of pasture legume seeds for degenerated grasslands in the north and grasshills in the south.

摘要: 本文简要介绍中国豆科牧草根瘤菌资源的采集、保藏及利用概况,近二十年来,中国农业微生物菌种保藏管理中心从20多个省区采集豆科植物根瘤及土壤样品,分离出土著根瘤菌分离物3000多份,从中筛选出516株豆科根瘤菌优良菌种。这些菌种将作为国家重要微生物资源进行长期保藏和持续利用。在我国北方、南方及西部地区确定豆科根瘤菌接种剂定点生产厂,国家对接种剂生产实行质量检验登记管理,质量不合格者不得销售。在北方退化草原及南方退化草地改良工程中,飞机播种豆科牧草种子普遍采用丸衣化接种根瘤菌技术,利用根瘤菌与豆科植物共生固氮作用,有效地解决了人工草地的缺氮问题。
