A Study on Detoxification of Sweet Clover Seeds for Protein Supplementary Feed

草木樨籽实脱毒后饲喂肉鸡的研究

Abstract: The sweet clover seeds were treated with different way such as baking to be detoxificated and were used to feed chickens.The basic diet of control betment without sweet clover seeds,50% soy-abean meal of other treatrnnt's basic diet were taken place by sweet clover seeds with the accordingtreatment, the results showed that:I.there were significant difference between the control treatment and thesweet clover seeds without treatment in the index of feed intake, and there were no significant differencebetween the control treatment and the sweet clover seeds with the according treament in the same index.There were no significance among the treatments in the index of drily gain 2.The sweet clover seedswithout treatment were lower than other treatments in the index of remaining rate of energg, crude proteinand calcium, however, there were not significant difference among the treatments in the index of remainingrate of phosphorus.3.ln production practice baking treatment, NaCO3 freatment, termentation treatment,soaking treatment are available.

摘要: 本试验以草木樨籽实为原料,以焙炒等不同处理方法脱毒后,用180只20-47日龄的肉鸡进行饲喂试验,在对照日粮中不含草木樨籽实,其他处理中50%的豆饼用相应处理的草木樨籽实取代。结果表明:1.不经过处理的草木樨籽实的采食量指标与对照差异显著,经过处理后的草木樨籽实和对照差异不显著,处理间日增重的差异不显著;2.在能量、蛋白质和钙存留率方面,未处理的草木樨籽实显著低于对照和其他处理,处理间磷存留率的差异不显著;3.在生产实际中草木樨种子经过培炒处理,NaHCO3处理,发酵处理和浸泡处理后饲喂肉鸡是可行的。
