Studies on Applied Technique for control Grassland Caterpillar by V·B Biological Pesticide

V·B草原毛虫生物防治剂的应用技术研究

Abstract: A strain of Gynaephora ruoergensis nuclear polyhedrosis virus was isolated from caterpillarbodies which naturally infected and died on the grassland in Ruoergai County in 1983.With this virus and asubsp dendrolimus a kind of grassland caterpillar V·B biological pesticide was produced for the biological control of grassland caterpillar.Its LD50 was 4.126 ×10-5 ml.According to the natural condition of grassland, apractical applied technique was studied and used to control grassland caterpillar in large scale.This techniquewas effective, and when the amount used was 50ml per mu at 20℃ of air temperatura, the control effectiveness was 85%.

摘要: 本文针对草地特殊的自然环境条件以及V·B草原毛虫生物防治剂的一些特性,研究出一套适用于V·B草原毛虫生物防治剂大面积防治草原毛虫的技术,以每亩50ml,温度20℃左右时对三龄草原毛虫的防治效果达80%以上,能有效地防治草原毛虫。
