Effects of Rain and Drying on Leymus chinensis Ensiling

羊草晾晒过程中淋雨后进行青贮的研究

Abstract: Effects of lactic acid bacteria and drying time on the quality of Leymus chinensis silage ensiled after simulated rain during drying process was studied. Leymus chinensis (drying 12 h) was drenched by 20 mm simulated rain at four-hour intervals. Samples were collected at 0 h, 2 h, 4 h after first simulated rain and 4 h, 8 h after the second rain. After adding lactic acid bacteria, Leymus chinensis was chopped and ensiled in plastic film bags for 60 days at room temperature. Results showed that the crude protein (CP) content of silage was significantly reduced as drying time increased. Lactic acid bacteria significantly decreased pH value, increased lactic acid content (P<0.05), and improve the fermentation quality of silage. However, no significant difference was found in silage quality when treated with the two kinds of lactic acid bacteria. Leymus chinensis should be ensiled timely after simulated rain during drying process.

摘要: 研究乳酸菌和晾晒时间对干燥过程中羊草(Leymus chinensis)淋雨后青贮的影响。将晾晒12 h的羊草人工模仿雨淋,设定降雨量为20 mm,晾晒4 h后再次对羊草进行20 mm的人工模仿雨淋,分别在第1次人工雨淋后晾晒第0 h, 2 h和4 h,第2次雨淋后晾晒4 h和8 h时取样切短,与乳酸菌混合后袋装密封青贮,室温贮藏60 d开封取样分析。结果表明:随着晾晒时间的推移,羊草青贮饲料中粗蛋白含量显著降低;乳酸菌可以显著降低青贮饲料的pH值,显著增加乳酸含量(P<0.05),改善青贮饲料的发酵品质。2种乳酸菌对青贮饲料品质影响差异不明显,羊草淋雨后应当及时调制青贮饲料。
