Analysis of Eupatorium adenophorum Seed Aging by Comparative Proteome Approach

基于蛋白质组学的紫茎泽兰种子衰老的研究

Abstract:

To explore the molecular mechanism of Eupatorium adenophorum seed aging, the changes of protein expression were detected using two-dimensional gel electrophoresis coupled with mass spectrometry in the E. adenophorum seeds of 0.58 and 2.58 years old, respectively. Results showed that the protein composition and content of seed were changed along with seed storage time. Fourteen changed protein spots on the gels were detected by the analyses of electrophoresis and further mass spectrometry. Four proteins were identified as Os11g0234200, COP1-interacting protein, and two unknown proteins by searching protein database. The vigor of E. adenophorum seed is likely to associate with these changed proteins.

摘要:

为探析紫茎泽兰(Eupatorium adenophorum)种子衰老的分子机制,采用二维凝胶电泳结合质谱法分析了种龄为0.58年和2.58年的紫茎泽兰种子蛋白质表达变化。结果表明:随着种子储存时间延长,紫茎泽兰种子蛋白质组分和含量发生了改变。凝胶电泳中检测到14个蛋白质点变化显著,经质谱分析和数据库搜索,4个蛋白点被鉴定为Os11g0234200、COP1互作蛋白和2个未知蛋白。
