Abstract:

Volatile oil was extracted from Dicranostigma leptodum (DLF) using supercritical CO2 method. The volatile oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for evaluating the antioxidant activity of the volatile oil. These results indicate that the DLF volatile oil was complex in composition and showed slight antioxidant capacity.

摘要:

采用CO2超临界法萃取红茂草中挥发油,对其进行GC-MS分析,以提取的挥发油为研究对象,确定红茂草挥发油的抗氧化能力大小。研究表明,红茂草挥发油成分复杂,存在一定的抗氧化能力。
