呼伦贝尔地区不同多年生牧草根系形态性状及分布研究

Abstract:

Field experiment was conducted to examine the roots morphological properties and distribution of different forages(Leymus chinensis, Bromus inermis, Medicago sativa ‘Zhaodong’, M. falcate ‘Hulunbeier’, Melilotoides ruthenicus(L.) Sojak×M. sativa ‘Longmu No.801’, M. sativa L.×M. ruthenicus (L.) Sojak ‘Longmu No.803’, M. sativa L.×Meliloides ruthenica(L.) Sojak. ‘Longmu 806’) in Hailar district of Hulunber, Inner Mongolia autonomous region. The underground biomass and volume of L. chinensis and B. inermis were higher than alfalfa varieties. L. chinensis and B. inermis were more widely distributed than alfalfa varieties in the horizontal space, and all perennial forages mainly distributed in 0~20 cm soil depth in the vertical space. Biomass and volume of B. inermis were higher than that of L. chinensis, and roots mostly concentrated in the surface layer. The difference between M. falcate L. ‘Hulunbeier’ and other alfalfa varieties was significant, M. falcate L. ‘Hulunbeier’ more emphasized on the growth and development of lateral root, and it was closer to the surface soil in vertical space.

摘要:

以5个豆科苜蓿属(Medicago)品种和2个禾本科牧草(羊草(Leymus chinensis)、无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis))为材料,在内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市海拉尔区进行田间试验,研究不同根系类型多年生牧草的根系形态性状及分布。结果表明:羊草、无芒雀麦地下生物量及体积均高于苜蓿,在水平空间上羊草、无芒雀麦比苜蓿分布更为广泛,垂直空间上苜蓿、羊草、无芒雀麦均集中分布在0~20 cm土层;无芒雀麦地下生物量、体积均高于羊草,且根系在垂直空间分布上更集中在土壤表层;‘呼伦贝尔’黄花苜蓿(M. falcate L. ‘Hulunbeier’)根系更侧重于侧根的生长、发育,垂直空间上分布也更接近土壤表层,形态及分布与其他苜蓿品种存在显著差异。
