退耕地植被演替过程对土壤化学计量特征的影响

Abstract:

In order to understand the relationship between the species diversity and soil stoichiometry characteristics at different succession stage, the method of space replacing time was used in this study. The results showed that the content of soil organic carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (N), total phosphorous (P), and soil C/N, C/P, N/P ratio in the 0~100 cm layer profiles increased after abandonment. Soil organic carbon, total nitrogen, C/N, and C/P in the vertical profile decreased with the increasing soil depth. The correlation between vegetation diversity index and soil nutrients stoichiometry characterisitics was weak, which showed that the relationship between soil nutrient condition and its stoichiometry and vegetation restoration succession was complex.

摘要:

本研究采用以空间代替时间的方法,探索了不同演替阶段植被多样性变化及其与土壤化学计量比之间的关系。研究发现,随着演替年限的增长,土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷、碳氮比、碳磷比及氮磷比均呈增长趋势;在垂直剖面上,土壤有机碳、全氮、碳氮比及碳磷比随土壤深度的增加而减小。植被多样性指标与土壤养分之间相关性较弱,说明土壤养分及其化学计量比与植被恢复演替的关系较为复杂,仍需进一步研究。
