Abstract:

The characteristics and interactions of soil microbes and soil nematode communities under different levels of nitrogen application in Stipa sinensis grassland in Inner Mongolia were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, the nitrogen application significantly affected the fungal and bacterial community structure and quantity of soil microorganisms, but the effect on soil microbial community was not significant. It had a significant effect on the number of soil nematodes of bacterial groups(Bacterivores),fungal groups (Fungivores) and plant parasite groups. It also affected the species richness (SR) of the soil nematode and the stability of the community structure. There was a significant positive correlation between soil parasitic plant nematodes and soil bacterial communities, fungal communities, and fungi/bacteria.There was also a significant correlation between soil fungal community and soil nematode community richness (SR), evenness (J') and structural index (WI). The experimental results showed that the effect of nitrogen application on the soil fungal community was greater than that on the soil bacterial community. The fungal community in the soil and the plant parasitic group nematode in the soil have mutual promoting effects, which increased the infection rate of the plant by nematodes, and nitrogen application also changed the community structure of soil nematodes.
