Effect of Different Rhizobium on Productivity of Medicago Sativa L.

接种不同根瘤菌对紫花苜蓿生产力的影响

Abstract:

Five different rhizobia (Sinorhizobium meliloti) strains were studied under two soil types with alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.×Medliloides ruthenica Sojak. ‘Longmu 806’、‘Zhongmu NO.3’ to study the effects of rhizobia inoculation in pot experiment. The results showed that in different soil types, rhizobium inoculation had significant differences. Under peat soil condition, the best inoculation effect on ‘Longmu 806’ was the strain ACCC17578. The best inoculation effect on ‘Zhongmu No.3’ was strain ACCC17551. Plant height, shoot dry weight and total nitrogen content were all increased by 90.6% and 165.8%, 65.2% and 275.7%, 64.5% and 22.8% than the control, respectively. Under sandy soil conditions, the best inoculation effect on ‘Longmu 806’ was the strain ACCC17675. While the best inoculation effect on ‘Zhongmu NO.3’ was strain ACCC17512. Plant height, shoot dry weight and root dry weight were increased by 13.2% and 22.8%, 31.2% and 48.6%, 40.4% and 74.7% than the control, respectively. The above indicated that the high-efficiency rhizobium can effectively increase the productivity of alfalfa, and this results can provide a theoretical basis for further field production practices.

摘要:

研究5株不同苜蓿根瘤菌菌株(Sinorhizobium meliloti)在两种土壤类型下分别与紫花苜蓿品种‘龙牧806’(Medicago sativa L.×Medliloides ruthenica Sojak.‘Longmu 806’)和‘中苜3号’(Medicago sativa L. ‘Zhongmu NO.3’)的盆栽接种效果。结果表明:在不同土壤类型中,根瘤菌接种效果有显著差异。泥炭土壤中,‘龙牧806’接种增产效果最好的是菌株ACCC17578,‘中苜3号’接种增产效果最好是菌株ACCC17551,株高、地上部干重、全氮量分别比对照提高了90.6%和165.8%、65.2%和275.7%、64.5%和22.8%;沙土条件下,‘龙牧806’接种增产效果最好的是菌株ACCC17675,‘中苜3号’接种增产效果最好的是菌株ACCC17512,株高、地上部干重、根干重分别比对照提高了13.2%和22.8%、31.2%和48.6%、40.4%和74.7%。研究表明高效的苜蓿根瘤菌可有效提高紫花苜蓿生产力,该结果可为进一步的田间生产实践提供理论依据。
