Abstract: Heavy metal pollution seriously jeopardizes the growth of plants,animal and human health. Screening lead-resistant breeding materials is of great significance for improving the yield and quality of alfalfa (Medicago sative L.). In this work,14 different hybrid combinations of alfalfa were selected as test materials to study the effects of different concentrations of Pb(NO3)2 on the content of SP,SS,MDA and the activity of CAT. Subordination function analysis showed that the order of the lead resistance of the hybrid combinations was:11×M > 8×M > 3×M > 1×M > 7×M > 9×M > 6×M > 2×M > 5×M > 10×M > 4×M > 13×M > 14×M > 12×M.

摘要: 重金属污染严重危害动植物生长和人类的健康,筛选耐铅的育种材料,对提高紫花苜蓿(Medicago sative L.)的产量及品质有着重要意义。本研究以14个紫花苜蓿杂交组合F1代为材料,研究在不同浓度硝酸铅溶液的处理下,对其幼苗的可溶性蛋白(SP),可溶性糖(SS),丙二醛(MDA)含量以及过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。采用隶属函数法综合评价各杂交组合的耐受性,由高到低的次序是:11×M > 8×M > 3×M > 1×M > 7×M > 9×M > 6×M > 2×M > 5×M > 10×M > 4×M > 13×M > 14×M > 12×M。
