Changes of the Relationships between Soil and Microbes in Carbon,Nitrogen Phosphorus Ecological Stoichiometry in Grassland in Taowan Watershed

陶湾流域草本植物土壤及土壤微生物量碳氮磷生态化学计量特征

Abstract: In order to explore the changes of the relationships between soil and microbes in Carbon,Nitrogen Phosphorus ecological stoichiometry in herbaceous grassland,samples were collected from five herbaceous species including Medicago sativa,Artemisia mongolica,Cynodon dactylon,Miscanthus sinensis,Rhizoma cyperi in Taowan watershed of Funiu mountain. The samples were analyzed to determine soil organic C,total soil N and total soil P contents as well as SMB C,SMB N and SMB P. On average,atomic C:N:P ratios of 128.6:11:1 in soil and 75.4:6.6:1 in SMB were obtained for grassland. The differences of atomic ratios of C:N,C:P and N:P in soil and SMB atoms among different varieties were all significant;Although significant variations primarily related to human activities were not observed in the soil and SMB atomic C:N:P ratios,a significant correlation (P<0.001) was found between the soil and SMB C:P ratios in the entire data set;however,the correlation for the comparable C:N and N:P ratios was not evident. Significant correlations between the soil and SMB C:N ratio in the Medicago sativa,Artemisia mongolica,Cynodon dactylon),N:P ratio in the Medicago sativa and C:P ratio in five herbaceous species were also observed. The tendency for a C:N:P stoichiometric relationship between microbes and the soil environment suggested possible non-homeostasis of elemental stoichiometry in the SMB of the grassland ecosystem in Taowan watershed.

摘要: 为探索草本植物土壤与土壤微生物量(Soil microbial biomass,SMB)碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)元素的生态化学计量特征及其稳态机制,本试验测定了伏牛山陶湾流域紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)、蒙古蒿(Artemisia mongolica)、狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)、芒草(Miscanthus sinensis)和莎草(Rhizoma cyperi)等5种草本植物群落土壤有机碳(Soil organic carbon,SOC)、全氮((Total N)、全磷(Total P)含量和SMB C,N,P元素含量。结果表明,土壤和SMB C:N:P原子比平均分别为128.6:11:1和75.4:6.6:1。土壤和SMB C:N,C:P,N:P比值差异显著;土壤和SMB C:N,N:P比值间的相关性均不显著,但C:P相关性极为显著(P<0.001);其中,紫花苜蓿、蒙古蒿、狗牙根C:N相关性显著,芒草和莎草相关性不显著;紫花苜蓿N:P相关性显著,其他相关性均不显著;所有草本植物C:P相关性均显著(P<0.05)。土壤与SMB C:N:P化学计量关系证明了陶湾流域草本植物SMB C,N,P元素的弱稳态机制。
