Study on the Mixed Planting Mode of Two Alfalfa Varieties in Different Row Ratios in the Yellow River Irrigation Area in Ningxia

Abstract: In order to obtain the best mixed sowing mode of two alfalfa varieties in the Yellow River diversion irrigation area in Ningxia,the experiment adopted a single-factor randomized block design to investigate the effects of mixed seeding of alfalfa varieties ‘Sanditi’ and ‘Magna Graze Ⅶ’ in 1∶1,1∶2 and 1∶3 row ratios and single seeding of ‘Sanditi’ and ‘Magna Graze Ⅶ’ on the production performance and quality of grassland under drip irrigation. The principal component analysis method (Principal Component Analysis,PCA) was used for comprehensive evaluation. The results showed that there was no significant difference in plant height,neutral washing fiber,acid washing fiber and crude protein content in each treatment mode;The four crops average number of first-order branches,stem diameter,crude fat and total output of hay were higher than those of other sowing modes in the mixed-planting mode of ‘Sanditi ’ and ‘Magna Graze Ⅶ ’,Its hay yield was as high as 16.15 t·hm-2,which was 11.16% and 9.47% higher than the unicast of ‘Sanditi’ and ‘Magna Graze Ⅶ’ respectively;The ratio of stem-leaf and crude ash content of mixed sowing of ‘Sanditi’ and ‘Magna Graze Ⅶ’ at a row ratio of 1∶1 was relatively lowest,and the relative feeding value of mixed sowing of 1∶3 row ratio was the highest,which was 184.97,significantly higher than that of ‘Magna Graze Ⅶ’ unicast (P<0.05). According to PCA analysis, ‘Sanditi’ and ‘Magna Graze Ⅶ’ in 1∶1 row ratio mixed sowing had the best comprehensive characters,which could be popularized and applied in drip irrigation in the Yellow River diversion irrigation area in Ningxia.

摘要: 试验采用单因素随机区组设计,探讨了宁夏引黄灌区滴灌条件下苜蓿(Medicago sativa)品种‘三得利’与‘巨能7’单播及以1∶1,1∶2,1∶3行比混播对草地生产性能、品质的影响,并利用主成分分析方法(Principal component analysis,PCA)进行综合评价,以期得到该区域2个苜蓿品种混播的最佳模式。结果表明:各处理模式苜蓿的株高、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维、粗蛋白含量无显著差异;‘三得利’与‘巨能7’以1∶1行比混播模式4茬平均一级分枝数、茎粗、粗脂肪和干草总产量均高于其它播种模式,其干草产量高达16.15 t·hm-2,分别比‘三得利’、‘巨能7’单播增加了11.16%,9.47%;‘三得利’与‘巨能7’以1∶1行比混播茎叶比和粗灰分含量相对最低,1∶3行比混播相对饲喂价值最高,为184.97,显著高于‘巨能7’单播(P<0.05)。经PCA分析评价,‘三得利’与‘巨能7’以1∶1行比混播牧草综合性状最好,可在宁夏引黄灌区滴灌条件下推广应用。
