Effects of Triticale Hay Replacing Chinese Wildrye on Performance and Blood Indexes of Dezhou Growing Donkey

小黑麦干草替代羊草对德州生长驴生产性能和血液指标的影响

Abstract: This study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of the application of triticale hay on Dezhou growing donkey,and determine the appropriate feeding amount and proportion of triticale hay in diets based on performance,blood indexes,and linear regression model. Twenty-five Dezhou male growing donkeys aged about 11 months weighing (150±10) kg were divided into 5 treatments with 5 replicates per treatment. According to the forage intake,triticale hay was fed with 0%,25%,50%,75%,and 100%,respectively. The results showed that triticale hay replacing chinese wildrye had significant effects on performance and blood antioxidant indexes of Dezhou growing donkeys. ADG of group 75% was significantly higher than that of groups 0% and 25% (P<0.05),and F/G of group 75% was significantly lower than that of groups 0% and 25% (P<0.05). The content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in group 0% was significantly higher than that of groups 75% and 100% (P<0.05),and the content of glutathione peroxidase (GPX) in groups 25%,75%,and 100% were significantly higher than that of group 0% (P<0.05). Triticale hay had no significant effects on other indexes. The results showed that triticale hay could be used in Dezhou growing donkeys. Based on dry matter,the appropriate feeding amount of Dezhou male growing donkeys aged about 11 months weighing (150±10) kg is 1.16~1.37 kg·d-1,and the feeding proportion of triticale hay is 64%~75%.

摘要: 为研究小黑麦(Triticale Wittmack)干草在德州生长驴上应用的可行性,本试验选取11月龄(150±10)kg的德州公驴25头,随机分为5组,按粗饲料日采食量一致设置小黑麦干草和羊草(Leymus chinensis)饲喂比例(其中小黑麦干草饲喂比例依次为:0%,25%,50%,75%,100%),测定了德州生长驴的生产性能和血液指标,并结合线性回归模型确定小黑麦干草的适宜饲喂量和饲喂比例。结果表明:小黑麦干草替代羊草对德州生长驴生产性能和血液抗氧化指标具有显著影响;75%组平均日增重显著高于0%,25%组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于0%,25%组(P<0.05);0%组超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性显著高于75%,100%组(P<0.05);25%,75%,100%组谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GPX)活性显著高于0%组(P<0.05)。综上所述,小黑麦干草可以替代羊草在德州生长驴上应用,以干物质计算,11月龄(150±10)kg的德州生长驴小黑麦干草适宜饲喂量为1.16~1.37 kg·d-1,其适宜饲喂比例为64%~75%。
