喷施茉莉酸甲酯对干旱胁迫下狗牙根生理特性的影响

Abstract: On the basis of screening the suitable spraying concentration of methyl jasmonate (MeJA) under drought stress,spraying treatment of common bermudagrass (Cynodon dactylon 'Xinnong No.1') was conducted for three consecutive days before the start of the experiment. The experiment set up four treatments:normal irrigation + spraying distilled water (CK),normal irrigation + spraying MeJA (M),drought + spraying distilled water (D),and drought + spraying MeJA (DM). In the drought treatment group,the water of the potted plants was withheld. At 0,7,and 14 days of drought stress,and 7 days of rehydration,the plasma membrane permeability,antioxidant enzyme activities and osmotic odjustment of bermudagrass were measured. The results showed that spraying 0.75 μmol·L-1 MeJA before drought could improve the drought resistance of bermudagrass. Under moderate drought,MeJA could promote SOD and POD activities of bermudagrass leaves by 16.76% and 32.26%,respectively. Under severe drought,the activities of POD and CAT in leaves increased by 38.12% and 52.37%,respectively. And the content of SS increased by 20.56%,which reduced the impact of drought on bermudagrass and prolonged the performance of lawn landscape.

摘要: 为探讨茉莉酸甲酯(MeJA)对狗牙根抗旱生理的影响,以'新农1号’狗牙根为试验材料,设置正常灌溉+喷蒸馏水(CK)、正常灌溉+喷MeJA(M)、干旱+喷蒸馏水(D)、干旱+喷MeJA(DM)4组处理,在干旱0,7,14 d及复水7 d对其质膜透性、抗氧化酶活性以及渗调物质含量等进行测定。结果表明:干旱前喷施0.75 μmol·L-1MeJA可提高狗牙根抗旱性,表现在中度干旱下可促进狗牙根叶片SOD活性,POD活性提高16.76%,32.26%;重度干旱下可促进叶片POD活性、CAT活性提高38.12%和52.37%,提升SS含量20.56%来减少干旱对狗牙根影响,延长草坪景观维持时间。
