Study on Salt Tolerance Characteristics of Medicinal Plants Apocynum venetum and Apocynum pictum

药用植物罗布麻和白麻的耐盐特性研究

Abstract: Taking Apocynum venetum and Apocynum pictum seeds as research objects, the characteristics of their germination rate, germination potential, germination index, salt damage index, and salt damage level were analyzed under six NaCl concentration gradients [0 (CK), 0.05, 0.1, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6 mol·L-1], in order to reveal the salt tolerance characteristics of A. venetum and A. pictum. The results showed that with the gradual increase of NaCl concentration, the germination rate, embryonic root length, embryonic length, and germination index of both A. venetum and A. pictum seeds showed a significant downward trend. Especially under the NaCl concentration of 0.2~0.6 mol·L-1, with the increase of NaCl concentration, the inhibition degree of various growth indicators became more significant, the salt damage index increased gradually, and the salt damage level also deepened gradually. The content of malondialdehyde (MDA) showed a significant upward trend, while the activities of catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), and superoxide dismutase (SOD) showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. Under the same NaCl concentration, the salt damage index and salt damage level of A. venetum and A. pictum showed differences, with the salt tolerance of A. pictum>A. venetum. The results of this study can provide reference for the cultivation of A. venetum and A. pictum in saline alkali areas and the improvement of ecological environment.

摘要: 以罗布麻(Apocynum venetum)和白麻(Apocynum pictum)种子为研究对象,分别对其在6个NaCl浓度梯度[0(CK),0.05,0.1,0.2,0.4,0.6 mol·L-1]下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、盐害指数和盐害级别的特征进行分析,以期揭示罗布麻和白麻耐盐特性。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的逐渐升高,罗布麻和白麻种子发芽率、胚根长度、胚芽长度及发芽指数均呈显著下降趋势,尤其是在0.2~0.6 mol·L-1的NaCl环境下,随着盐浓度的增加,各生长指标受抑制程度更加显著,盐害指数逐渐增加,盐害级别也在逐渐加深,丙二醛(MDA)的含量呈现出显著上升的趋势,过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性则表现出先上升后下降的变化趋势。罗布麻和白麻在相同NaCl浓度下,其盐害指数和盐害级别表现出不同差异,耐盐性表现为白麻>罗布麻。本研究结果可为罗布麻和白麻在盐碱地区种植,改良生态环境提供参考。
