青海省圈窝燕麦豌豆混播干草及青贮的利用比较研究

Abstract: This study comprehensively assessed the nutritional traits and feeding value of the treatments of green hay and silage under different mixed seeding ratios of oats (Avena sativa) and peas (Pisum sativum) planted in the Corral. Its prime objective was to optimize forage production strategies and provide a wide array of feed options for livestock farmers. The experiment was carried out in the corral of Haiyan County, Qinghai Province. Five mixed-cropping ratios, namely T1 (oat: pea, 1∶0), T2 (2∶1), T3 (1∶1), T4 (1∶2), and T5 (0∶1), were devised and successively underwent both silage and hay-making treatments. The results showed that when the oats-to-peas mixed-cropping ratio was 1∶2, the dry forage yield was maximized, with a 36.37% increase compared to mono-cropped peas. In terms of nutritional conservation, the silage treatment outperformed the hay-making treatment. Specifically, the crude protein (CP) loss rates were 4.31% for silage and 8.99% for hay. The levels of neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) decreased by 2.25% and 4.82% in the silage treatment, while in the hay treatment, they increased by 2.27% and 1.38%, respectively. Moreover, the relative forage value (RFV) of the silage-treated forage was 3.98% higher than that of fresh grass, whereas the hay-treated forage had a 2.59% decrease. The TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation further indicated that the overall scores of the silage treatment were significantly higher than those of the hay-making treatment. In summary, during grass-cropping in the corral, the dry-forage yield peaks when the mixed-cropping ratio of oats to peas is set at 1∶1. Under such conditions, the silage process optimizes the nutritional quality and feeding value of the forage.

摘要: 本研究通过分析在圈窝种植燕麦和豌豆不同混播比例下青干草与青贮处理的营养品质及饲用价值,旨在优化牧草生产方式,为牧民提供多样化饲料选择。试验在青海省海晏县圈窝地进行,设置燕麦与豌豆的5种混播比例T1(燕麦∶豌豆=1∶0)、T2(燕麦∶豌豆=2∶1)、T3(燕麦∶豌豆=1∶1)、T4(燕麦∶豌豆=1∶2)、T5(燕麦∶豌豆=0∶1)]对其进行青贮、青干草处理。结果表明,燕麦与豌豆混播比例为1:1时干草产量最高,较豌豆单播提高36.37%。青贮处理较青干草能更有效保留牧草营养品质,其中粗蛋白(Crude protein,CP)损失率分别为4.31%和8.99%,中性洗涤纤维(Neutral detergent fiber,NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(Acid detergent fiber,ADF)分别降低2.25%和4.82%,而青干草处理下NDF和ADF分别升高2.27%和1.38%。青贮处理的相对饲喂价值(Relative feeding value,RFV)较青贮前提高3.98%,青干草处理则降低2.59%。TOPSIS综合评价显示,青贮处理的综合评分均高于青干草。综上,圈窝种草时,燕麦与豌豆的混播比例为1∶1时饲草的干草产量最高,在此基础上进行青贮处理,营养品质及饲喂价值最佳。
