Drought Resistance Evaluation of 8 Forage Triticale Varieties (Lines) Based on Physiological and Biochemical Indexes

基于生理生化指标8份饲用小黑麦品种(系)抗旱性评价

Abstract: To screen forage triticale (Triticale Wittmack) varieties suitable for planting in arid areas, in this study we used ‘Shida No.1 and ‘Zhongsi 1048’ as controls to study physiological response of triticale varieties ‘Gannong No.4’‘Gannong No.7’‘Zangsi No.1’, and lines C5, C23, and C25 under drought stress (7 d, 14 d, 21 d, 35 d, 49 d, 63 d). From the perspective of single factor, with the increase of drought stress days, the relative soluble sugar, relative soluble protein, relative malondialdehyde, relative proline, relative superoxide dismutase activity and relative catalase activity of each triticale variety (line) were increased first and then decreased. The relative chlorophyll and relative water content showed a gradual downward trend, and the average relative peroxidase activity was gradually increased. From the differences among triticale varieties (lines), the average of relative proline content(1.83) and relative soluble sugar content(1.71) of C25 under different drought stress were the highest, and the average of relative soluble protein content(0.86), relative leaf water content(0.81), and relative chlorophyll content(0.95) were higher. The average of relative malondialdehyde content(0.75) of ‘Zangsi No.1’ was the lowest. According to the comprehensive evaluation results of physiological indexes, the drought resistance of 8 triticale varieties (lines) was C25>CK2>‘Gannong 4’>C23>‘Gannong 7’>‘Zangsi No.1’>C5>CK1. The lines C25 belongs to the medium drought resistance type and has strong drought resistance. ‘Gannong No.7 ’, ‘Zangsi No.1’, C5 and CK1 belong to the drought sensitive type, and their drought resistance is weak. The results indicat that under drought stress, the drought resistance of triticale lines C25 is the strongest.

摘要: 为筛选适宜干旱地区种植的饲用型小黑麦(Triticale Wittmack)品种,本研究以‘石大1号’小黑麦(CK1)和‘中饲1048’小黑麦(CK2)为对照,研究了小黑麦品种‘甘农4号’‘甘农7号’‘藏饲1号’以及品系C5,C23和C25在干旱胁迫(第7 d,14 d,21 d,35 d,49 d,63 d)下的抗旱生理反应。从单因素看,随着干旱胁迫天数增加,各小黑麦品种(系)的相对可溶性糖、相对可溶性蛋白、相对丙二醛、相对脯氨酸、相对超氧化物歧化酶活性和相对过氧化氢酶活性呈先升高后降低的趋势,相对叶绿素、相对含水量呈逐渐下降趋势,平均相对过氧化物酶活性呈逐渐升高趋势;从小黑麦品种(系)间的差异看,小黑麦品系C25在不同干旱胁迫下的相对脯氨酸含量(1.83)、相对可溶性糖含量(1.71)平均值最高,相对可溶性蛋白含量(0.86)、相对含水量(0.81)、相对叶绿素含量(0.95)平均值较高;‘藏饲1号’的相对丙二醛含量(0.75)平均值最低。根据生理指标的综合评价结果得出,8份小黑麦品种(系)抗旱性强弱为品系C25>CK2>‘甘农4号’>品系C23>‘甘农7号’>‘藏饲1号’>品系C5>CK1,品系C25属于中抗旱型,抗旱性较强;‘甘农7号’‘藏饲1号’、品系C5和CK1属于干旱较敏感型,抗旱性较弱,说明在干旱胁迫下,小黑麦品系C25的抗旱性最强。
