Spatial Variability of Nitrogen Accumulation in the Saline Soil after Alfalfa Cultivation with Different Years in Hexi Corridor

苜蓿种植年限对河西走廊盐渍土氮积累量的影响

Abstract: Spatial variability of total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,and nitrate were studied in the saline soil with different aged alfalfa in Hexi Corridor.The results show that the content of total nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen increased gradually with alfalfa cultivation years;total nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen in 25-year-old alfalfa field were significantly higher than others.Nitrate content in 2-year-old alfalfa field was the lowest and others had no significant difference.The contents of total nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen,and nitrate became lower and lower along the soil depth profiles.

摘要: 在河西走廊盐渍土研究苜蓿种植年限对土壤全氮、硝态氮、铵态氮的影响.结果表明:随着株龄的增长,土壤全氮、铵态氮含量依次增加,其中25龄苜蓿地的全氮、铵态氮含量显著高于其他年限的;而2龄苜蓿硝态氮含量则显著低于其他;异龄苜蓿间变化不显著;沿土壤剖面向下,全氮、铵态氮及硝态氮含量均呈下降趋势.
