施肥对不同生育期甜高粱土壤养分含量的影响

Study on The Change of Soil Nutrient Content in The Growth Period of Sweet Sorghum under Different Fertilization

摘要: 为了比较不同施肥方式对甜高粱(Sorghum bicolorL.)Moench)不同生育阶段土壤养分含量及动态变化,本研究以8种不同施肥处理下的农田土壤为研究对象,测定了土壤养分含量,并进行相关性分析。结果表明,不同施肥处理土壤有机质、速效氮、速效磷、速效钾、全磷、全钾含量从苗期到成熟期的变化趋势基本一致,其中有机质、速效氮含量在成熟期达到最高值。与CK(对照)相比,不同施肥处理下土壤速效钾、全钾、速效氮、速效磷、全磷,有机质含量均有不同程度的提高。氮磷钾配施有机肥(NPKM)处理有机质含量成熟期达到28.58 g·kg-1,比苗期增幅度为44.61%。氮磷钾配施有机肥(NPK+1.5M)处理全钾、速效氮含量比CK分别提高为49.31%,67.65%。成熟期有机肥(M)处理全磷、速效磷、全氮含量比CK分别提高为271.20%,40.65%,17.39%。NPKM或者M处理不仅可以改善土壤的理化性质,还可以提高土壤养分含量,有机肥料具有叠加效应。

Abstract: In order to compare the soil nutrient content and dynamic changes of sweet sorghum bicolor in different growth period under different fertilization methods,the soil nutrient contents were measured and the correlation analysis was carried out for the 8 different fertilization treatments. The results showed that,from seedling stage to maturity stage,the soil organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,total phosphorus and total potassium showed basically the same changing trend,except for the total nitrogen content. The organic matter and available nitrogen reached the highest value at the maturity period. Compared with CK,the available K,total K,available N,available P,total P and organic matter for different treatments increased to different extents. The treatments with organic fertilizer had significant influence on soil nutrient contents. The organic matter content for NPKM reached to 28.58 g·kg-1 in mature stage,increased by 44.61% compared to seedling stage. The total K and available N contents for NPK+1.5M were respectively 49.31% and 67.65% higher than those of the CK treatment in mature stage. Compared with CK,the total P,available P and total N contents for treatment M increased by 271.20%,40.65% and 17.39% respectively,in mature stage. Single application of organic fertilizer or combination with inorganics not only can improve the physical and chemical properties of soil,but also maintain the increasing trend for soil nutrition and has the superimposed effects.
