Diurnal Dynamics of Photosynthesis Characteristics in Cultivated Lathyrus pratensis L.

摘要: 通过活体测定3年生香豌豆(Lathyrus pratensis L.)分枝期和初花期的光合蒸腾日变化特征,分析其与生理生态因子间的关系,以期阐明生理生态因子在多年生香豌豆光合蒸腾中的作用机制。结果表明:分枝期与初花期多年生香豌豆叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化均呈"双峰"型,存在明显的光合"午休"现象,分枝期的光合"午休"主要受气孔因素限制,初花期的光合"午休"主要受非气孔因素限制;分枝期和初花期叶片Pn均与大气湿度(RH)(r=0.7695,r=0.6955)显著正相关,分枝期叶片蒸腾速率(Tr)与大气CO2浓度(Ca)(r=-0.6643)显著负相关;初花期叶片Tr主要影响因子是大气温度(Ta)(r=0.9362);气孔的自我调节能力成为多年生香豌豆光合能力强弱的决定因素。

Abstract: In order to explain the mechanism of physiological and ecological factors in the photosynthetic capacity of Lathyrus pratensis L.,the diurnal dynamics of photosynthetic characteristics of three-years old Lathyrus pratensis L.were measured at branching stage and early flowering stage,respectively.The relationships between the diurnal dynamics of photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rat(Tr) and the factors of physiology,ecology were analyzed.Results showed that the diurnal dynamics of Pn in Lathyrus pratensis L.leaves had two peaks at each of branching stage and early flowering stage.There was an obvious midday depression.The midday depression was regulated by stomatal factors at branching stage,whereas it was regulated by non-stomatal factors at early flowering stage.There were significant positive relationships between Pn and relative humidity(RH)(r=0.7695,r=0.6955) of Lathyrus pratensis L.leaves at both branching stage and early flowering stage.There was significant negative relationship between Tr and CO2concentration in field(Ca)(r=-0.6643) of Lathyrus pratensis L.leaves during branching stage.At early flowering stage,air temperature(Ta)(r=0.9362) was the most important factor that affected Tr of Lathyrus pratensis L.leaves.The self-regulatory capability of stoma was the primary determinant of photosynthetic capacity of Lathyrus pratensis L.leaves.
