外源水杨酸对不同水分胁迫下分枝期紫花苜蓿生长和生理特性的影响

Effects of Salicylic Acid on Growth and Physiological Properties of Medicago sativa in Branching Stage under Different Water Stress

摘要:

采用盆栽法研究外施不同浓度水杨酸(0,0.02,0.10,0.50,2.50 mmol·L-1)对不同水分条件下(正常供水-80%田间持水量,轻度胁迫-60%田间持水量,中度胁迫-40%田间持水量,重度胁迫-20%田间持水量)紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)分枝期生长和生理特性的影响。结果显示:在轻度水分胁迫下,水杨酸处理的紫花苜蓿与正常供水各指标差异不显著。中度和重度水分胁迫下,0.10和0.50 mmol·L-1水杨酸可显著(P < 0.05)提高紫花苜蓿株高、茎粗、分枝数及叶片相对含水量,同时,显著提高紫花苜蓿中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)的活性。可见,适宜浓度水杨酸可增强紫花苜蓿抗旱能力。

Abstract:

A potting experiment was conducted to determine the effects of the applied different concentrations(0, 0.02, 0.10, 0.50, 2.50 mmol·L-1) of salicylic acid on the growth and physiological properties of Medicago sativa at branching stage under different water stress(normal irrigation -80% field capacity, mild water stress -60% field capacity, moderate water stress -40% field capacity, severe water stress -20% field capacity).The results showed that all indices of Medicago sativa under mild water stress by applied with salicylic acid were not significant different from that under normal irrigation. The plant height, stem diameter, shoot number and leaf relative water content of Medicago sativa applied with 0.10 and 0.50 mmol·L-1 SA were significantly higher than control, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) were significantly increased (P < 0.05) at the same time. The results suggested that salicylic acid at the appropriate concentrations could increase the drought resistance of Medicago sativa.
