野生扁蓿豆单株种子产量与主要农艺性状的通径分析

Path Analysis on Seed Yield Components of Wild Medicago ruthenica

摘要: 对扁蓿豆(Medicago ruthenica)的9个农艺性状与单株种子产量进行通径分析,明确农艺性状对种子产量影响的主要因子,为扁蓿豆种子高产及其产量因子作用机理研究提供科学依据。结果表明:单株种子产量与各性状的相关系数大小顺序依次为: 单枝花序数>花序种子数>种子宽>株高>千粒重>花序结荚数>花序花朵数>种子长>生育期;9个性状与单株种子产量的直接通径系数大小依次为: 单枝花序数>花序种子数>千粒重>种子长>株高>种子宽>花序花朵数>花序结荚数>生育期。单枝花序数对种子产量的贡献最大,花序种子数次之,其他性状的效应较小。因此,为提高扁蓿豆种子产量首先应着力增加单枝花序数,其次增加花序种子数,适当兼顾千粒重的提高。

Abstract: Seed yield per plant and nine agronomic traits were studied in Medicago ruthenica by path analysis (standardized linear regression analysis). Main factors affecting seed yield were determined for providing a scientific basis of studying high yield and the mechanism of yield factors of Medicago ruthenica seeds. Results showed that the correlation coefficient of seed yield per plant and tested traits were ranked as inflorescence numbers/branch>seed numbers/inflorescence raceme>seed width>plant height>1000-seed weights>floret numbers/inflorescence>flower numbers/inflorescence>seed length>generative period. Direct path coefficients between characters and seed yield per plant were ranked as inflorescence numbers/branch>seed numbers/inflorescence raceme>1000-seed weights>seed length>plant height>seed width>flower numbers/inflorescence>floret numbers/inflorescence>generative period. Inflorescence numbers/branch were the largest contribution, seed numbers/inflorescence was second. Therefore, to improve seed yield, inflorescence numbers/branch should be first increased, then seed numbers/inflorescence and 1000-seed weight also should be increased appropriately.
