Impact of Growth and Photosynthesis of Miscanthus Sacchariflorus under Four Different Soil Type

摘要: 本文采用4种常见土壤对荻(Miscanthus Sacchariflorus)进行栽培试验,研究荻在不同土壤中的生长规律及光合作用特征,以探究荻的最适生长土壤因子及其对荻生长和光合特征的影响。结果表明:荻的净光合速率和蒸腾速率以及水分利用效率的日变化均呈现“双峰曲线”,表明荻有明显的“午休”现象,气孔限制因素是主要原因;净光合速率在不同土壤间表现为菜园土>森林土>河流冲积泥>黄土,生物量表现为菜园土>河流冲积泥>黄土>森林土;通径分析结果表明,有机碳含量与速效钾含量是荻净光合速率和生物量的主要影响因子,而全钾含量是荻净光合速率的限制因子,磷元素含量是荻生物量的限制因子。本研究为荻的引种栽培和高产示范提供了参考。

Abstract: In this study, four kinds of soils were used for this cultivation experiment to study the characteristics of growth and photosynthesis of the Miscanthus Sacchariflorus under different soil conditions.Investigate the determined degrees of the dry biomass and photosynthesis of the Miscanthus Sacchariflorus under the optimal growth soil and soil factors. The results showed that:The diurnal variation of Pn, Tr and WUE showed a double peak curve, the photosynthetic curve showed that there was an obvious midday depression. The main reason was the stomatal closure. The net photosynthetic rate was ranked by vegetable soil>Forest soil>River alluvial soil>Loess soil; the dry weight of the whole plant was ranked by vegetable soil>River alluvial soil>Loess soil>Forest soil. Path analysis showed that the soil organic carbon and the soil available potassium were the main factors, which impact the photosynthetic rate and the content of organic matter in M. Sacchariflorus, The content of potassium was the limited factor to net photosynthetic eate; the content of phosphorus was the limited factor to dry weight. The above research provided a reference for the introduction and cultivation and high yield demonstration of the M. Sacchariflorus.
