Abstract: Global warming has become a hot topic of concern at present, and the feedback of microbes to environmental changes was of great significance to the study of global warming. This article analyzed the correlation between the composition, diversity and environmental factors of soil prokaryotic communities in the alpine grasslands on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The relationship between different environmental factors and the structure of soil prokaryotic communities would help to reveal how soil prokaryotic communities respond to global warming, and to pave the way for predicting how global warming will change ecosystem functions. The results showed that:Simulated warming reduced the alpha diversity and richness of the prokaryotic community; The soil prokaryotic communities under simulated warming treatment were mainly composed of the main dominant phyla of Proteobacteria, Actinobacteria, and acid. Acidobacteria, Thaumarchaeota, etc. ; Simulated warming treatment had no significant effect on the structure of the prokaryotic community; Ammonium nitrogen, plant height, and the number of species were the main influencing factors affecting prokaryotic community structure.
