切根与施有机肥对羊草草甸草原打草场地上生物量与土壤养分的影响

摘要: 本试验以呼伦贝尔羊草(Leymus chinensis)草甸草原天然打草场为研究对象,设置五种处理:对照(CK),切根(Q),切根+低水平有机肥(QO1),切根+中水平有机肥(QO2)和切根+高水平有机肥(QO3),分析不同处理对天然打草场地上生物量与土壤养分的影响,为退化草地的恢复和改良提供参考和理论依据。结果表明:随着施肥水平的增加,草原植被地上生物量呈现显著上升趋势;群落及羊草的地上生物量的单位增加量和总收入随着施肥水平的增加而增加;切根+中水平有机肥处理对土壤有机碳含量、pH值、全氮含量、速效磷含量的影响最显著(P < 0.05);土壤有机碳含量、土壤速效磷含量与群落地上生物量呈极显著正相关关系(P < 0.01),土壤全氮含量与群落地上生物量呈显著正相关关系(P < 0.05)。

Abstract: To investigate the effects of organic fertilizer application on aboveground biomass and soil carbon and nitrogen of beating grassland in Hulunbuir meadow steppe, vegetation and soil of natural mowing pasture in Leymus chinensis meadow steppe were taken as the research objects. We set five kinds of treatment: control group (CK), root-cutting (Q), root-cutting + low level organic fertilizer (QO1), root-cutting + medium level organic fertilizer (QO2) and root-cutting + high level organic fertilizer (QO3), so as to provide reference and theoretical basis for restoration and improvement of degraded grassland. The results showed that with the increase of fertilization level, the aboveground biomass of grassland vegetation was increased significantly (P < 0.05). The unit increase of aboveground biomass of community and Leymus chinensis, and the total income were increased with the increase of fertilization. Root cutting + medium level organic fertilizer treatment had the most significant effects on soil organic carbon, pH, total nitrogen and available phosphorus (P < 0.05). Soil total organic carbon and soil available phosphorus were significantly positively correlated with the aboveground biomass of the community (P < 0.01), and soil total nitrogen was significantly positively correlated with aboveground biomass of the community (P < 0.05).
