8种生物农药对苜蓿叶象甲的室内毒力测定及田间防效

Effect of Toxicity and Field Efficacy of Eight Biopesticides to Hypera postica (Gyllenhal)

摘要: 为了筛选用于防治苜蓿叶象甲的高效、低毒、低残留的生物源杀虫剂,本研究选用7种生物源杀虫剂和1种昆虫生长调节剂,通过室内毒力测定研究各药剂对苜蓿叶象甲的毒力,进而选取对苜蓿叶象甲具有显著毒力的杀虫剂进行田间药效试验。室内毒力测定结果表明:苦参碱对苜蓿叶象甲幼虫的毒力最高,药后48 h的半致死浓度(Lethal concentration,LC50) 为0.077 g·L-1,多杀菌素、印楝素和茶皂素次之,除虫菊素对苜蓿叶象甲幼虫的毒力最低,LC50为0.344 g·L-1,苏云金杆菌G033A和昆虫生长调节剂抑食肼对苜蓿叶象甲幼虫的毒力均不理想。田间药效试验表明:施药后10 d,10%多杀菌素悬浮剂和30%茶皂素水剂对苜蓿叶象甲幼虫的防效最好,防效分别为68.62%和60.80%。研究结果为苜蓿叶象甲的绿色防治提供了理论指导。

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to screen high-efficiency,low toxicity,and low residue biopesticides for the control of Hypera postica (Gyllenhal). Seven biopesticides and one insect growth regulator were selected to study the toxicity of each insecticide to H. postica (Gyllenhal) through toxicity test,and then the insecticides with significant toxicity to H. postica (Gyllenhal) were selected for field efficacy test. The lethal concentration (LC50) of matrine to H. postica (Gyllenhal) larvae was 0.077 g·L-1,spinosad,azadirachtin,and tea saponin were the second,and that of pyrethrin was 0.344 g·L-1. Bacillus thuringiensis G033A and insect growth regulator RH-5849 had no activity on H. postica (Gyllenhal) larvae. The field efficacy test showed that the control effects of 10% spinosad suspension and 30% tea saponin on Hypera postica (Gyllenhal) larvae were 68.62% and 60.80% respectively 10 d after application. The results provide theoretical guidance for the green control of H. postica (Gyllenhal).
