免耕补播对冀西北坝上地区草原植被群落特征的影响

Effects of No-tillage Reseeding on Plant Community Characteristics in Northwest of Hebei Province

摘要: 为探究免耕补播对冀西北坝上地区草原植被群落特征的影响,本试验在国家牧草产业技术体系张家口综合试验站以中度退化草地为对象,设置补播紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)+冰草(Agropyron cristatum)+施肥(MAF)、紫花苜蓿+冰草(MA)、紫花苜蓿单播(M)、紫花苜蓿+披碱草(Elymus nutans)+施肥(MEF)、紫花苜蓿+披碱草(ME)、披碱草单播(E)、冰草单播(A)、不补播(CK)8个处理。测定其地上生物量、植被盖度、群落多样性等指标,结果表明,紫花苜蓿+冰草+施肥处理使地上生物量与盖度显著提高(P<0.05);该处理下提高了禾本科植物在群落中的重要值(P<0.05),丰富度指数、多样性指数显著增加(P<0.05)。因此,紫花苜蓿+冰草+施肥处理的补播效果最好。

Abstract: In order to explore the effects of no-tillage reseeding on plant community characteristics in northwest of Hebei province, an experiment on moderately degraded grassland was carried out in Zhangjiakou Test Station of National Forage Industry and Technology System of China. The experiment design consisted eight treatments:MAF (Medicago sativa, Agropyron cristatum, compound fertilizer), MA (Medicago sativa, Agropyron cristatum), M (Medicago sativa), MEF (Medicago sativa, Elymus nutans, compound fertilizer), ME (Medicago sativa, Elymus nutans), E (Elymus nutans), A (Agropyron cristatum), CK (blank control). By measuring their aboveground biomass, coverage, diversity and stability, the results showed that aboveground biomass and coverage were significantly increased after reseeding Medicago sativa, Agropyron cristatum and compound fertilizer (P<0.05), and the MAF reseeding treatment increased the important value of gramineous, Margalef index and Shannon-Wiener index significantly (P<0.05). To summarize, reseeding Medicago sativa, Agropyron cristatum and compound fertilizer had the best effects.
