留茬高度对陕北采煤沉陷区饲料桑生长特性的影响

Effects of Stubble Height on Growth Characteristics of Feed Mulberry in Coal Mining Subsidence Areas of Northern Shaanxi

摘要: 为明确不同留茬高度对饲料桑(Morus alba L.)生长性状和生产性能的影响,寻求适宜的留茬高度,本研究以'丰驰2号'为研究对象,设置5个留茬高度分别为5 cm(C5),10 cm(C10),15 cm(C15),20 cm(C20),40 cm(C40)以及留全株为对照组(CK),测定各处理的农艺性状、荧光参数、光合及单株干鲜重。结果表明:C20,C15,C10处理下的农艺性状和生产性能均显著高于其它处理(P<0.05);C5的最大光合效率、净光合速率最高;C10的胞间二氧化碳浓度、气孔导度显著高于其他处理(P<0.05);C15的叶片叶绿素相对含量、实际光合效率、光化学荧光淬灭系数、第一茬茎叶鲜重、全年叶鲜重、全年总生物量均高于其它处理,年度茎叶比低于其它处理;C20的全年茎、根鲜重、根干重高于其它处理。对各处理进行量化评价表明在C20,C15,C10处理下,饲料桑的综合生长指标和生产性能较好,排序为C15>C20>C10。

Abstract: In order to clarify the effects of different stubble heights on growth traits and production performance of Morus alba L. and seek the appropriate stubble height,'Fengchi No.2' was selected as the research object in this study,and 5 stubble heights of 5 cm (C5),10 cm (C10),15 cm (C15),20 cm (C20),40 cm (C40) and the whole plant as the control group (CK) were set. Agronomic traits,fluorescence parameters,photosynthesis and dry and fresh weight per plant were measured. The results showed as follows:The agronomic traits and production performance of Morus alba L. under C20,C15 and C10 treatments were significantly higher than those under other treatments (P<0.05);The maximum photosynthetic efficiency and net photosynthetic rate of Morus alba L. were the highest under C5 treatment. The intercellular carbon dioxide concentration and stomatal conductance of Morus alba L. were the highest under C10 treatment (P<0.05). The relative chlorophyll content of leaves,actual photosynthetic efficiency,photochemical fluorescence quenching coefficient,fresh weight of first crop stem and leaf,fresh weight of whole year leaf and total biomass of Morus alba L. were higher under C15 treatment than those under other treatments,but the annual stem-leaf ratio was lower than that under other treatments. The annual stem,root fresh weight and root dry weight of Morus alba L. were higher under C20 treatment than those under other treatments. The comprehensive evaluation showed that under the treatment of C20,C15 and C10,the comprehensive growth index and production performance of Morus alba L. were better,and the order was C15>C20>C10.
