滨海轻度盐碱苜蓿种植地土壤微量元素空间变化特征及其影响因子分析

Spatial Variations and Influencing Factors of Soil Micronutrients in Coastal Mild Saline-alkali Alfalfa (Medicago sativa) Planting Area

摘要: 为探究滨海盐碱苜蓿(Medicago sativa)种植地土壤微量元素空间变化特征及其影响因子,本研究采集河北滨海轻度盐碱苜蓿种植地不同深度土壤样品,分析土壤微量元素含量和土壤性状的变化规律以及二者之间的关系。结果表明:0~10 cm土层的土壤有效态铁、锰、铜、锌含量分别为11.4,21.8,1.3和1.5 mg·kg-1。土壤有效态铁、锰、铜、锌含量均随土壤深度的增加而减小。土壤pH值随土壤深度的增加而增加,土壤有机质含量、土壤粘粒含量和土壤粉粒含量均随土壤深度的增加而减小。土壤有效态铁、锰、铜、锌含量与土壤pH值负相关,与土壤有机质含量、土壤粘粒含量和土壤粉粒含量正相关。滨海轻度盐碱苜蓿种植地土壤微量元素变化受到土壤有机质含量、土壤粘粒含量和土壤粉粒含量的共同作用。

Abstract: To explore the spatial variations and influencing factors of soil micronutrients in coastal saline-alkali alfalfa (Medicago sativa) planting area,this study collected soil samples of different depths in coastal mild saline-alkali alfalfa field in Hebei Province. We analyzed the changes in soil micronutrient contents and soil properties and the relationships between them. The results showed that the contents of soil available Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn in 0-10 cm soil layer were 11.4,21.8,1.3 and 1.5 mg·kg-1. Soil available Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn contents decreased with increased soil depth. Soil pH value increased with the increase in soil depth,whereas soil organic matter content,soil clay content and soil silt content decreased with increased soil depth. Soil available Fe,Mn,Cu and Zn contents were negatively correlated with soil pH value,and they were positively correlated with soil organic matter content,soil clay content and soil silt content. The variations of soil micronutrients in coastal mild saline-alkali alfalfa field were jointly controlled by soil organic matter content,soil clay content and soil silt content.
