沙打旺和白沙蒿种子萌发检验标准化的研究

摘要: 萌发力是种子检验的重要内容。统一检验标准程序和方法是保证检验结果公正、可靠的前提之一。本文选择《国际种子检验规程》和我国《牧草种子检验规程》中尚待修正或未曾涉及的沙打旺和白沙蒿两种优良牧草进行种子萌发检验标准化的研究。探讨光、温度和发芽床三种因素对种子发芽的影响。温度设15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃恒温和(25/15)℃、(3/20)℃变温共6个处理;光设光照和黑暗两处理;发芽床设纸上、纸间、沙上、沙中4个处理。首先以纸上为发芽床,选择最佳温度、光照条件及其最优组合,其次探索最适发芽床。同时结合观察种苗发育过程进行断土根实验,以确定幼苗鉴定标准和初次计数与末次计数时间。

Abstract: Germination test is one of the most important aspects of seed testing.Standardized method and procedure in germination testing are prerequists for achiveing reliable and comparable results.In this research seeds of two herbage species (Artemisia sphaerocephala Krasch.and Astragalus adsurgens Pall.)which were not listed in 《International Seed Testing rules》 or not listed in 《Herbage Seed Testing Rules of People’s Republic of China》 were tested under different germination conditions.The conditions included six temperature treatments (four constant temperatures and two alternating temperatures),two light treatments (Light and Dark),and four germinating substrate treatments (Between paper (BP),Top of paper (TP),Top of sand (TS) and in sand (S)).Seed germination per formance (germination perentage, germination index) and seedling developmental morphology were measured under the above mentioned conditions.Optimum germination conditions for the two species were determined and seedling evaluation times and standards were proposed based on seed geremination performances and seedling devlopmental sequences of the two species.
