The Detection of Swainsonine From Oxytropis Kansuensis and Urine, Placental Fluid and Fetoplacenta of Poisoned Dairy Goats

摘要: 通过气相色气谱—质谱联用仪,从甘肃棘豆中检出有毒成分苦马豆素和新的多羟基吲哚兹啶生物碱斑荚素。应用薄层色谱、气相色谱和高压液相色谱法,首次从中毒孕羊尿液、胎水和胎儿胎盘中检出苦马豆素。由此证明,苦马豆素能损害胎盘并通过胎盘屏障直接作用胎儿。本研究为甘肃棘豆引起山羊流产的机理研究提供了重要依据。

Abstract: An active principle-swainsonine and a new polyhydroxyindolizidine alkaloid-lentiginosine were determined using Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS) from Oxytropis kansuensis.The swainsonine was detected for the first time by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC).Gas Chromatography (GC) and High Per formance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) from urine.placental fluid and fetoplacenta of poisoned goats.It was suggested that swainsonine could damage placenta and endanger directly fetuses through placental barrier.This study provides an important basis for the mechanism of dairy goat abortion induced by Oxytropis kansuensis poisongin.
