克氏针茅群体变异研究初报

A Preliminary Study on the Population Variation of Stipa krylovii

摘要: 通过形态和蛋白质电泳,对内蒙古8个地区克氏针茅群体的种子形态及其蛋白质进行研究。结果表明,克氏针茅群体间在芒柱长、种子长、种子直径方面存在着一定差异,其中有的差异极显著。群体形态变异与其地理分布,特别是种子直径变化与地理位置有一定关系,即由东向西随着降雨量的减少和热量的增加,种子直径随之增加。不同分布地区克氏针茅群体种子蛋白多态位点比率为14.28%~50.00%,说明克氏针茅群体具有丰富的多态性。聚类分析结果表明8个群体可明显的聚为两类,但与其分布地区的环境条件无相关性,可见地理环境条件对克氏针茅种子蛋白多态性的影响不明显。

Abstract: A study on the seed morphology and protein of Stipa krylovii growing in 8 different sites of Inner Mongolia shows that some significant differences of awn length, and seed length and diameter appear among the populations. The morphological variation, the breadth of a seed diameter in particular, are in some extent related to the geographical distribution of the Stipa krylovii populations, as with the decrease of precipitation and rise of temperature from east to west of Inner Mongolia, the seed diameter widens. The polymorphic loci of protein of the seeds from different sites range from 14.28%~50.00%, showing that Stipa krylovii boasts rich polymorphological variations. However, the dendrograms of the seeds of the 8 populations belong to 2 evident clusters, and have no connection to the populations’ geographical distribution or environment, thus testifying that the polymorphic bands of the Stipa krylovii seed protein are not affected by the geographical distribution of the populations.
