中华结缕草种质资源形态变异及其形态类型

The Preliminary Study on the Morphological Variations and Morphological Types of Zoysia sinica in China

摘要: 本文对在我国广泛分布的三年生以上有代表性的32份中华结缕草种源的10个外部性状变异及其规律加以分析,并对10个外部性状进行相关分析和聚类分析。结果表明,1中华结缕草种内形态变异很大。其中,形态指数变异系数最大,可高达41.5%,其次依次为草层高度、叶色及叶长,其变异系数为22.2%~22.6%,节间长度的变异系数为17.8%。而节间直径、叶宽、花序长及小穗长等方面变异较小。2随着纬度的增加,中华结缕草的叶长、生殖枝高和花序长均显著增加,而叶色却明显变淡,匍匐茎越不发达。而东部种源的节间比西部种源更短。3中华结缕草草层越高,生殖枝越高,叶片越长,花序越长,小穗亦愈长;而生殖枝愈高,花序和小穗愈长,叶片越长,节间越粗,而叶色越浅,匍匐茎愈不发达。4在欧氏距离13.5处,中华结缕草可被分为矮细型、粗疏型及粗密型三个类型。矮细型和粗密型拥有同样的坪用价值,且明显高于粗疏型。

Abstract: The 10 morphological variations and tendencies,and their correlationship and cluster analysis of 32 accessions of widely distributing Zoysia sinica which are of triennual growth or longer were studied.The result shows:1.The morphological characters change greatly among the accessions of Z.sinica,with the coefficient of variation of morphological index ranking first at 41.5%,followed by the turf height,leaf colour and length,with the coefficient of variation reaching 22.2%~22.6%.The coefficient of variation of internode length reaches 17.8%.However,the variation of internode thickness,of leaf,inflorescens,and spikelet lenght are limited.2.The higher latitude the Z. sinica is planted the longer grows its leaves,inflorescences,and reproductive branches,though the leaves turn pale-green and the stolons become less developed.The accessions in eastern China develop shorter internodes than those of the western part of China.3.The accessions with higher turf growth always boast higher reproductive branches,longer leaf blades,inflorescens,and spikelets;thought all this leads to thick internodes,pale-green leaves and less developed stolons.4.The accessions of Z.sinica could be divided into 3 morphological types by means of UPGMA,i.e.,dwarf-fine type,coarse-thin type,and coarse-dense type.The turf quality of the dwarf-fine is similar to that of the coarse-dense type,but obviously better that the turf quality of the coarse-thin type.
