107种植物丙酮提取物对酢浆草如叶螨的毒杀活性

摘要: 为发现对酢浆草如叶螨(Tetranychina harti)具较高毒杀活性的植物,进一步开发出植物源杀螨剂,以应用于该害螨的安全防治。采用玻片浸渍法测定了西北地区107种植物丙酮提取物对酢浆草如叶螨的毒杀活性。结果表明:供试浓度为0.2 g DW·mL-1时,西非灰毛豆(Tephrosia vogelii)等18种植物丙酮提取物的毒杀活性较高,校正死亡率(24 h)均在80%以上;降低供试浓度到0.1 g DW·mL-1时,紫丁香(Syringa oblata)、黄连木(Pistacia chinensis)、盐肤木(Rhus chinensis)、南方六道木(Abelia dielsii)、沙茴香(Ferula bungeana)和水芹(Oenanthe javanica)这6种植物提取物对酢浆草如叶螨的校正死亡率(24 h)仍在50%以上;进一步测定表明这6种植物提取物对酢浆草如叶螨的LC50(24 h)均小于0.1 g DW·mL-1,分别为0.0965,0.0735,0.0665,0.0997,0.0364和0.0762 g DW·mL-1。这表明,紫丁香、黄连木、盐肤木、南方六道木、沙茴香和水芹这6种植物对酢浆草如叶螨具有较好的毒杀作用,可作为植物源杀螨剂研制的候选材料,值得进一步研究。

Abstract: Acaricidal activities of acetone extracts from 107 plant species in the northwest area of China against Tetranychina harti were tested with slide-dip method. Result showed that 18 plant extracts with more than 80% corrective mortality (24 h) were toxic to the adult of Tetranychina harti at the concentration of 0.2 g DW·mL-1. Plant extracts from Syringa oblata, Pistacia chinensis, Rhus chinensis, Abelia dielsii, Ferula bungeana and Oenanthe javanica caused at least 50% mortality (24 h) of Tetranychina harti at the concentration of 0.1 g DW·mL-1. Further bioassay showed that the LC50 values of the 6 plant extracts were 0.0965, 0.0735, 0.0665, 0.0997, 0.0364 and 0.0762 g DW·mL-1, respectively. In conclusion, the 6 plant extracts have the great potential of developing botanical acaricides for controlling Tetranychina harti.
